Membership and Accounts

Eligibility

To become a member of Focus Members, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach.

Membership Details

Focus Members offers one subscription plan only:

• £3.99 per month
• 1-month free trial included
• Cancel anytime

Your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. Subscription fees are billed monthly.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

• Contacting our support team directly at info@focusmembers.com, or
• Requesting cancellation of the direct debit through your bank.

Once cancellation is processed, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Focus Members are non-refundable.
This includes subscription fees paid after the free trial period, partial billing periods, or unused time following cancellation.

Termination

Termination by Focus Members

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

In cases of termination for breach, no refunds will be issued.

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content available through Focus Members, including text, graphics, images, videos, documents, worksheets, planners, downloadable materials, and digital tools (“Our Content”), is owned by Focus Members or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Licence to Use Content

Upon subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Our Content strictly for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes within the platform.

 

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Our Content without prior written permission
• Use Our Content for commercial or public purposes
• Remove proprietary notices or branding
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the platform
• Share your membership access with others

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus Members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
